General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be over 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Loyalty Scheme
All of our website customers recieve a 10% OFF Discount Card with their first purchase which they can use as many times as they like when ordering from our website.The 10% off card is non transferable as we do check that you have shopped with us before. The 10% Off scheme will run for however long as we No Sacrifice decide. We reserve the right to change the discount code or offer at any time. All past customers whose details we hold will be notified by email of the new code or offer. If you lose your discount code we will not send out a replacement unless you are placing another order from the website. Please email us with your order and ask for a replacement card to arrive with your order.
We reserve the right if circumstances arise that we need to cancel the 10% off scheme, all customers will be given 1 month notice of the cancelation and our sincere apologises.
Description of Goods
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site is, as accurate a description of the goods, that is possible within a website.
List Prices
Wherever quoted, list prices have been made by No Sacrifice. No Sacrifice reserve the right to change the price list, at any time.
Accuracy of Product Information
The intention of No Sacrifice is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, No Sacrifice can not guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information provided to us by the Manufacturer. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the prices of products at any time due if the price published for the goods is wrong. All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Our Free Delivery offer is strictly for orders OVER £40.
Free Gifts From Time to time we may run free gift offers. I you decide that you do not want your items and return them to us the free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not then we reserve the right to bill you for the retail price of the free item.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or our suppliers pricing error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. On rare occasions an item that you have ordered may be out of stock, if this happens there may be a slight delay with your order but we will contact you as soon as we can to make you aware of the delay and give you an estimated delivery time, we endeavour to have the out of stock item/s delivered to you within 10 days. You are within your rights to cancel the order and receive a full refund if this is an inconvenience to you. We aim to update our stock as soon as an item is out of stock but unfortunately sometimes this does happen.
Accepting Delivery and Time Limitation for Notification of Claims, Shortages and In-Correct Goods. Upon accepting the delivery of items you as the customer must check the package for any damages or an incorrect number of packages as stated on the delivery driver's consignment note. If goods arrive in a damaged condition/ or an incorrect number of parcels arrive you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
