We strive to process all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) but Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched, if you have not received a dispatch email within 5 days of placing your order then please email us.

During exceptionally busy and peak periods (sales and special offers) there may be delay in dispatching your order but we will notify customners if this is the case.

All orders placed on a Friday pm, Saturday or Sunday will be despacthed on the Monday of the following week.

If for any reason we are out of stock we would expect to dispatch the goods within 10 days. If there is a delay with any products you

will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

Your goods will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier.

Please Note, We ask you to Print off Your Invoice as we do not send invoices with packages

Upon accepting the delivery of items you as the customer must check the package for any damages. If goods arrive in a damaged

condition it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order please use the contact us form or email or phone No Sacrifice within 14 Days of receipt of your goods. We will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. If you would like to return your goods please email us first stating that you are returning your goods then post your items back to us at the address below. Please include in with the items, your delivery invoice and your paypal address so we can process your refund asap. You as the customer will be responsible for paying the return postage which we can not refund. All goods that are returned due to delivery damage/manufacturing fault No Sacrifice will refund the postage cost. Please get and keep a proof of posting slip from your post office otherwise if items are lost in the post you will not be refunded by us, you will need to claim from your post office/carrier.

Exchanges and Faulty items

If an item reaches you in less than perfect condition or has a manufacturing fault please

return the item unused for a full refund within 14 days. Please Note that any Free gifts must also be returned.
